By default WIndows Media Player was not enabled by default in Windows 10, luckily its a fairly simple process to enable it in Windows 10 as we explain below
Click the Start button, type Control Panel in the search box. Then click on the Control Panel icon.
You should see something like this.
In the Control Panel window, click on Programs.
A new window will appear where you have to select the Turn Windows features on or off option
A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down and expand Media Features.
You have to select the check-box of the Windows Media Player and click on OK.
Windows will look for the required files on the PC and display a dialog box and then it will display another and apply the changes it made.
Click the Start button, type Windows media Player in the search box. Then click on the Windows Media Player icon.
Windows Player will start and you should see something like this
